Reportworq 6 release notes#
What each Reportworq 6 release delivers for you. The latest hotfix is shown first, then each official release, newest first.
Latest hotfix#
Hotfixes are cumulative. The latest hotfix build contains every fix listed here - installing it gives you all of them at once. When a fix ships in a later official release, this list is reset and starts over from the next hotfix.
New#
- RW-1499 Workspace file storage is now a built-in source report provider you can manage from Integrations, and custom fonts for rendered reports can be sourced from any file provider.
Improvements#
- RW-1497 The Workspaces and Entitlements security lists now read clearly when access is granted to all users - a workspace shared with everyone shows "All Users" instead of appearing empty.
- RW-1503 Dynamic reports and active forms now work against Planning Analytics v12, which enforces stricter MDX member-name qualification.
Fixes#
- RW-1491 Reportworq Hosted AI now works for AI Insights in scheduled and distributed jobs and the RWAIINSIGHT formula, with any skipped insight recorded in the job log so administrators can see why.
- RW-1488 Report parameter changes in the job editor now reliably update the Save button and Parameters step, so the job no longer refuses to save or hides a newly added parameter until you reopen the editor.
- RW-1467 The Settings > Security "New Account" dialog now opens fully - fields and buttons included - so administrators can add users through the UI again.
- RW-1468 Switching the active authentication provider on a configured, licensed instance no longer drops the administrator back into the first-boot setup wizard or re-prompts for the license key.
6.0.0.2#
