Hands-on Lab#

A guided course. Start with an empty server, install and configure Reportworq, then build the Timberline reports one at a time, with the reason for every step alongside the step itself.

Install and first run#

• Lab 1: Install Reportworq on Windows - Download the installer with your license key, run it on a Windows server, confirm the Reportworq 6 Bootstrap Service is running, and set the service account that decides which folders your jobs can reach.
• Lab 2: First-run setup and licensing - Work through the first-run wizard on the server Lab 1 built, set up the Timberline demo system in one click, apply your license key, and sign in for the first time as the administrator.
